Barely two hours more, and this blessed and fruitful day will come to an end..TOMORROW is a NEW DAY.. the 19th day of February 2010, here in the USA..In most parts of Asia, it will be the 20th day.. How time flies!!! It suddenly dawned on my mind... this old song - HELP ME MAKE IT THROUGH THE NIGHT..Particularly these lyrics- " I don't care what's right or wrong.. i won't try to understand.. Let the devil take tomorrow... for tonight I need a friend.... How many people are out there, doing their own thing??..There will be sleepless nights, in Seattle, and most parts of this beautiful blue planet
earth, with broken hearts.. wounded spirits... battered bodies... abused..mentally, physically, and all that this world could offer! The deepest cries of the spirits, souls, and bodies... crying... please... HELP ME MAKE IT THROUGH THE NIGHT.. This is from someone who has cried..countless people have trod on this same path...the darkness blinds the souls! And HE came... and with the " FIRE " of HIS LOVE made the cold nights warm and bearable..most times, making it precious and wonderful...His " PILLAR of CLOUD " by day " was gently guiding... showing... look up... look up... a rainbow might yet, appear! To remind us of His everlasting covenant.. amd inscribe in our hearts, - ' THIS TOO SHALL PASS "..and indeed it passed..because He was there.. loving...caring.whispering, ever so softly - " You are my child...
